Make google reader suck less
Long story short: google has made some changes on it’s RSS reader platform. Instead of adding features (like… I don’t know, easy ways to manage subscriptions?) they decided to change the design. With an ugly one.
So i changed things a little: removed white space (yeah, i know, white space is good, but is not good when you see ONLY white space!), added few gradients there and there, removed the big-ass subscribe button and few more tweaks. Also, the article has an increased font-size and line-height, for a nicer reading.
All you need is greasemonkey (there are some voices that says google chrome know this natively, but i don’t use crappy software) and install this awesome script. You are done.
PS: I know, my English sucks. Don’t bother telling me that again.

I use Chrome and the script didn’t work… T0T
@Zoso: try now;
@Sivan: tried in chrome. Works for me.
@Staicu Ionuț-Bogdan: Done. I’ve seen the changes~
Great script.
Almost fell of the chair when I saw the new ugly google reader look this morning.
Will not work in Chrome. Installed, enabled, no change.
Deeply saddened.
I actually like it the way it is, except the fact that the Previous/Next item buttons are too far to the right on a 24″ monitor
So yeah, white space fail there…
Also lovin’ the list view, didn’t notice it before (is it new or it existed in the old Reader as well?)
@Anatati: works in chrome. Tried on several machines, both windows and mac
@Cosmin: yes, it was there before. Very handy to quickly scan article titles
@Cosmin: btw, you can just press j/k or space/shift+space for prev/next post
i just instaled the scrip on chrome. i do see any diference… Ionut, can you make a screenshot?
*script
**i do not see any difference
..may it’s not working for me…so, can you make a screenshot
@razvan: check this out: http://screencast.com/t/bJYAUXW1av
meh, de aia ziceai tu că s-a rezolvat. că foloseşti list view.

var styles = “@import url(‘http://iamntz.com/g.reader/g.reader.css’);”;
